Return Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase with receipt.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free of smoke, deodorant, makeup, and perfume
- Returned with original tags attached
Shoes must be returned in the original shoebox and in original condition.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Hair accessories

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Hoity Toity Boutique is not responsible for lost or missing return packages.

Store Credit Processing
Approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing once your return is received.
Store credit will be emailed to the email address used at checkout.
If you do not receive your gift card, please check your spam folder before contacting customer service.
