Pickup Orders

When you receive your order confirmation don't go to the store just yet!

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Orders placed before 1:00 pm will be available for same day pickup starting at 3:00pm. If you need your order sooner, please contact us directly at 318-427-7836. This excludes Holiday time. During Holiday seasons, please wait until you receive your email stating your order is ready for pick up.

Shipping Orders

Please note we are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process.

All US orders of $150 or more ship for Free!

All other US orders have a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95

All orders are shipped with USPS or UPS with a tracking number.

All domestic purchases are given a tracking number for shoppers to be able to track their package's delivery date.

Once placed, orders are processed within 1-2 business days and have an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. We are closed on Sunday; all weekend orders are processed on Monday in the order they were received.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
